Other access;
The St.Mawes ferry alights at Prince of Wales Pier in Falmouth, a 20 minute walk from the castle, or Falmouth Docks train station is approximately half a mile away.

Pendennis Castle is located just outside Falmouth town and was built to protect the strategically important Carrick roads. On the other side of the water lies its sister; St Mawes Castle.
