Zennor Quoit is a ruined megalithic burial chamber (also known as a dolmen), located 1 mile (1.6 km) east of the small village of Zennor, west Cornwall. It dates back to approx. 2000 BC and apart from the huge 12.5-tonne roof (which snapped about 200 years ago), the chamber itself is in pretty good condition. It is accessed by the B3306 road about 2 miles from St. Ives. The site is reached via a trail from a spot named "Eagle's Nest" (OS co-ordinates: SW468387). OS Explorer Map 102 covers this area.
